Standard Appointment Guidelines

Clients will be required to enter a credit card at the time of booking. A standard 2.75% processing fee applies to all transactions. A 30% Deposit is required to secure all reservations.

A twenty-four (24) hour notice is required to avoid fees and penalties for cancellations. All cancellations made within twenty-four (24) business hours are subject to the following fees: 25% of the service price for late cancellations and 50% for no shows.

Out of State Scheduling Guidelines

All out of state appointments are scheduled on a fourteen (14) day notice.

A complimentary video consultation is required for scheduling. Reserve a fifteen (15) minute complimentary consultation on StyleSeat. Following the assessment a customized quote will be provided within forty-eight (48) business hours.

A 50% deposit is due within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the quote for an appointment to be confirmed as booked.

A forty-eight (48) hour notice is required for cancellations on out of state travel appointments to avoid fees and penalties. All cancellations made within forty-eight (48) business will forfeit the 50% deposit.

BridaL

To begin your Bridal Journey please complete the Bridal Inquiry Form. After submitting the form, visit Style Seat to reserve a 30 minute complimentary bridal consultation.

During your consultation you will discuss your ideal dress cut in association with flattering lines to achieve your aesthetic goals. You will also discuss the aesthetic for the bridal party and family members who will be serviced, pre-services requests and day of schedule.

Upon completion of the consultation a customized quote will be provided within (48) business hours.

Bridal Deposit Deposit Schedule:

• 0-3 months to nuptials- (5) Day Quote, confirm by paying 50% upfront of total cost of proposal.  Remaining portion must be paid forty-eight (48) hours prior to wedding date. 

• 4-6 months to nuptials- (10) Day Quote, confirm by paying 50% upfront of total cost of proposal.  Remaining portion must be paid forty-eight (48) hours prior to wedding date. 

• 7-12 months to nuptials- (7) Day Quote, confirm by paying 30% upfront of total cost of proposal.  Remaining portion must be paid forty-eight (48) hours prior to wedding date. 

Please note: Bridal styling takes place on the day of the wedding. All other pre-services must be scheduled through Style Seat as a standard appointment.

Cancellations must be received five (5) business days prior to the wedding or total deposit will be forfeited.
